Diagnosis of oral lichen planus
People often seek treatment for the symptoms of oral lichen planus from their primitive care physician or dentist. Pilot testing of the skin causes allergic reactions to certain foods, additives or substances that are sometimes in the denture or amalgam.
Biopsy
The surgeon removes a small sample of tissue from the catchment area for examination under a microscope.
